We find that most of our customers get a perfect fit in the first order. However, in case of an issue, our highly experienced pattern makers, with your input, will create the perfect fit for you through a free remake (with free shipping). In the end, the most important thing to us is that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
HOW TO GET A FREE REMAKE ?
1. Tell us about the fit
If the fit does not feel right, we will remake it. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photographs of you wearing the garment.
2. Get your free remake
Once we receive your photos and we have your measurements on file, we’ll remake your order and send the new version to you within 4 weeks!
3. Custom fit, take two
If the remake version is still not right (which we believe is very unlikely) we’ll do it over... again! Seriously.
Simply take new photos of you wearing the re-made item and send it back with your comments, you know the drill.
READY TO SHIP ITEMS
Ready to Ship dresses are returnable within 7 days of delivery as long as they are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with their tags still attached.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
* Custom Size/Color Dresses
* Fabric by-the-yard
HOW TO RETURN:
1. Log into your RENZRAGS.com account within 7 days of delivery and go to “ MY ORDERS”.
2. Click the “Return Items” button under “Action” in your account.
3. Fill out the return form and an automated email will be sent to you within 24 hours, including a PDF file containing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and the prepaid return label.
4. Pack the RMA form along with the items being returned back into the original box (or one of similar or smaller size)* and affix the return label on top.
5. Drop the package off with the designated shipping carrier noted on the return label before the label expires.
6. It can take some time for returned packages to arrive back to us and after that, a few more days to get them processed back to us. Once completed, any applicable refunds(only for the dress cost, not including shipping fee) will be processed, generally taking 5 - 7 business days on our end, and we’ll email a confirmation. It may take some additional time for your financial institution to place the funds back into your account.
