RETURN&REMAKE POLICY

We understand how frustrating it is to try on endless outfits only to be disappointed. That's why we commit to ensuring you a perfect fit through our Fit Guarantee Program.  Make is risk free on your side. 

We find that most of our customers get a perfect fit in the first order. However, in case of an issue, our highly experienced pattern makers, with your input, will create the perfect fit for you through a free remake (with free shipping).  In the end, the most important thing to us is that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

      

HOW TO GET A FREE REMAKE ? 

1. Tell us about the fit

If the fit does not feel right, we will remake it. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery via  info@renzrags.com. Please include photographs of you wearing the garment. 

2. Get your free remake

Once we receive your photos and we have your measurements on file, we’ll remake your order and send the new version to you within 4 weeks!

3. Custom fit, take two

If the remake version is still not right (which we believe is very unlikely) we’ll do it over... again! Seriously.

Simply take new photos of you wearing the re-made item and send it back with your comments, you know the drill.

 

                 READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Ready to Ship dresses are returnable within 7 days of delivery as long as they are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with their tags still attached.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

* Custom Size/Color Dresses

* Swatches

* Fabric by-the-yard

HOW TO RETURN READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

  1. Go to RenzRags "Returns Center" page.  
  2. Enter your order number and email, then click "Find Your Order." Follow the instructions to create a shipping label that you can download and print( RenzRags Pays for your return shipping fee for domestic orders) .
  3. Pack the items you're returning back into the original box (or one of similar size), and affix the return label on top.
  4. Drop off the package with the designated shipping carrier noted on the return label before the label expires.
  5. It can take some time for returned packages to arrive back to us, and a few more days to process the return. Once completed, any applicable refunds (only for the dress cost, not including shipping fees) will be processed, generally taking 5-7 business days on our end. We'll email a confirmation.
