Our story started in 2012 as an Etsy shop, operating out of a garage with just a few sewing machines and a handful of skilled artisans.We never imagined that a small Etsy shop could grow in just a few years to have over 100,000 loyal followers and so many enthusiasts recommending us to their girlfriends. Just go somewhere else to get your bridesmaid dresses. Not worth the trouble with them.
This dress was way too loose in the breast area. I'm a c cup and have had no issues in the breast department. This dress felt like it was stretched out by an f cup and arrived inside out like it was tried on by someone else.
The built in bra did not help and the entire wedding I spent reapplying fabric tape to myself because it would not hold. Their shipping time was 2 weeks past the expected arrival date. I am not a delayed bridesmaid, I did order it 2 months before the event. Note this was a replacement for the other one I ordered 3 months before the event that was a better fit expect for the arm holes were not cut correctly and were digging into my armpits. I am not overweight I am 5'3 127lbs. Their online order tracking system "shop" even showed it was delivered even though it wasn't delivered. I could have probably had it tailored but they gave me no time to get it tailored. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I am in a paypal claim now to get my money back for the original dress I bought because I spent 2 months going back and forth with their customer service reps who wouldn't provide a return label when I provided proof that their online return portal was not working. The rep advised me to purchasea second dress that would be used as the exchange i.e this one and it was worse than the first one but they gave me no option because of their fulfillment times. I highly recommend using a different company than them to get bridesmaids dresses.
The quality of the material wasn't bad and the dresses were well made but their service is absolutely terrible. Oh by the way their return center shows Irvine california, I live 15 minutes from there, how hard is it to get a return label and dress sent only 15 minutes away. Absolutely ridiculous.
I was so happy with my dress! The color is so rich and luxurious. The fit is great. It’s a well-made garment. I’m very impressed with what I received. Looking forward to wearing it for my friend’s wedding!
